Return/Exchange Request
I understand this return is subject to our
"Return Policy" in effect at the time I placed my order and as
such:
Return Policy
- This is a return request that must be
evaluated and approved and I must receive an RA number from you before
I can return the item.
- That an item cannot be returned after 30
days from the day I received it.
- That, unless the return is due to
shipping damage or your error, I will be responsible for paying the
delivery shipping cost and the return shipping cost.
- That I may be responsible for other
restocking charges as disclosed on the return policy.
- That all items have to be returned in
their original containers in the condition they were received (e.g.,
includes instructions, bagging, etc.).
- That items that have been bent,
scratched, drilled, broken or otherwise damaged or modified due to my
error cannot be accepted for return.
- That if I misrepresent the damaged items
in any way (e.g., purposely damaging an item to pawn it off as
shipping damage), I will void my return rights and be charged for all
shipping expenses.
- That if my item was damaged due to
shipping by UPS, or Fed Ex, you will file the claim.
- If my items were shipped via common
carrier, and I noticed damages after receipt of goods then I must make
the freight claim directly to the freight carrier.
